It was about what felt right for this room, this morning. A gentle nudge to get us talking.I placed the cards on the desk. The first one my hand touched would be it. When the room fills

They came in, the usual chatter filling the space. I held up the card. ‘We’re starting here,’ I said. No big fanfare.

The shift in the air
